Wanted to follow up on the skill to go all gaseous form with ectoplasm. 

Wanted to ask after a skill to discern the focus of an individual, particularly with respect to how close they are from breaking domination solely from that value. 
Wanted to have an equivalent skill similar to the psychic diagnosis but for mental maladies. 

Wanted to look into a skill that would allow me to add + to hit and or damage  for dominate rolls based on the amount of currently dominated beings. For example, I have one being dominated and this theoretical skill is at  two ranks, when trying to dominate the next being I would have + 1 to hit their sanity and if I had the other skill to impact damage +1 there as well. Any skill modifying to hits or dmg in this way would be capped by the dominate skill.
