Alexandra Katsonis. Born to a poor fisherman she' always spent life on the docks as a child and later on ships. Her first job on a long voyage vessel her ship was waylaid by pirates. Captured she quickly proved to her captors and herself her capabilities. 10 years later she was captain of her own ship. Eventually she fell in love with a land lubber and decided to try to live a more peaceful. She accepted a pardon in one country and became a privateer. After a few years of that life she was on the return trip back to her love when the shipped got wrecked.

Introducing Group Skills

I talked about this during character building but you can earn additional skills that are universal to the group. If you guys are really good and diligent at watches, you can earn a skill that gives a +1 to everyone during watched.

Once a group skill is unlocked, the party can spend points to increase this universal bonus at 2x the levels.

I'll post the skills here.

Background significant events
Lost their family while working as day laborer in another far away country. Would send that money home regularly. Now that they have gone he seeks (but will never find through this ) atonement/ensuring someone benefits (more so that it isn't going to waste as he considers his own needs as irrelevant in so much as he can continue to endeavor) from his action otherwise he may be forced to deal with the idea that maybe he didn't need to be away and laboring for his family. Maybe if he was there it would have gone differently.

if he doesn't know how to do it himself (mainLaborskill? ), he usually knows (knowledge labor ) or can figure out what needs done (skill roll your sleeves up, int based allows figuring out as you go but allows for greate chance of fucking things up.)
