Spirit Walking: Communication: when I spirit walk (shift) into a form, I am able to communicate in that forms natural style/language/way at ranks in this skill. Once out of that form I cannot communicate like that until back in that form. Capped by Spirit Walking. ?

When im in the forms I shapeshift into im keeping my stats and atts right, or am should I be researching all these creatures stats/atts and switching to theirs when I'm in their form? I've been keeping Zahirs numbers when I shift so far.

The answer to the previous question also affects whether i will make this a skill: when i turn into the Honey Mammoth can I have a skill that increases my strength by ranks but only in that form?

Runners Dexterity: skill that increases Agility for Agility Checks for my Parkour skills (tree runner, city runner) only, +Agi/Ranks?
